Learning Oriented Team Performance
As soon as we put into practice what we’ve learned, our real journey begins. This is the transition to the Learning mentality.
While designing this program I focused on building a learning mentality that will encourage the workers to trust each other, enjoy working together and work together for a common purpose.
My purpose is to reintroduce the managers and workers with the concept of learning as a performance source and a way of working while going beyond the restriction of success-failure.
The aim of this program is to:
- Redefine the concepts of success-failure as a DATA to improve work.
- Transform the question of “How could it be more different?” into a part of team culture as a way of working.
- Form a sense of working that will build connection and cooperation within the team.
